Today we will talk about being present and about the physical limitations that try to give us signs that we are not living in the present moment. I share my example of not being able to feel hunger, as well as other common signs like not being able to sleep at night, or experiencing a lot of anxiety. These annoyances are signs that our body is trying to tell us something, and we need to be present enough to listen to them, and understand them, instead of brushing them off as inconveniences.
Not listening to ourselves has a numbing effect that blocks negative and positive emotions in our body and our life. I encourage you to listen to your body, and pay attention to the subtle signs you may be consistently overlooking.
