Accept what you can’t change, change what you can’t accept


The truth is that we can’t change other people and we can’t change some of the circumstances that life places us in. Learn to accept that and focus on making an impact on what you CAN change. Focus on your CANS, and tackle what is before you in the present moment. Be aware of yourself and acknowledge why you don’t like what you don’t like. Does it really have to change?  Or could you change your perspective and look at it through a different light? Oftentimes we believe we need to change external circumstances in order to be happy, when in reality we just need to learn to accept, let go, and trust life.
