Today let’s talk about detachment and allowing yourself to let go, if only momentarily, of all the heavy burdens and responsibilities that weigh you down. As busy people living in a modern society, sometimes we are over-connected to the world. Give yourself permission to take a step back during trying times and detach from your environment or challenging situation.

You don’t always have to be hyper-connected and on the go. After you take a break you may come back to it with a fresh mind and a more positive outlook. No, the world will not fall apart if you step aside and take some time for a fresh breath of air. More than likely it is a much needed fresh of air. You may be in need of some relief so that you may regain your optimism and persistence to move forward and break through your particular problem. Take the time to detach, re-energize, and approach the situation with a perspective that you are bigger than any problem that you could ever have.
